Unfortunately, she never came back to our table to tell us. 2nd visit We wanted to give the restaurant a second chance and went back a few weeks ago. After a very unfriendly reception we were served friendly. Unfortunately, dry bread was served with the sausage salad. The slices were so dried out as if they had been cut off a day before. 3rd visit When we went for a swim on the Neckar this afternoon, we wanted to get a portion of french fries to go there. After being completely ignored by the staff for over 5 minutes, we carefully asked if we could order a portion of chips to take away. The question was soon answered in an unashamedly unfriendly manner by the staff: That wouldn't work, the kitchen was overwhelmed at lunchtime today. Well what can you say? After 3 chances for the restaurant, my patience is at the end. We won't leave a euro here, let alone recommend this restaurant to others.

Great tasty food. The new beer garden is absolutely beautiful and successful. We would love to come back. The host is super nice and personable. We recommend the delicious roast beef and the Maultaschen. Oberlecker

Long wait for bland food. Remembered that a lot was self-made, that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. My schnitzel wasn't done, the spaetzle were tasteless, the gravy was watered down. The salad of my companion was a hodgepodge of ready-made salads that were quickly thrown together, the freshness was very much missed. For 10 + € really not acceptable. Quality and price were unfortunately not right at all.

I chose sour tripe with fried potatoes - was a changing weekly offer. Really plentiful and with a good price of 9.80. Will definitely come back.

Good bourgeois Swabian cuisine. Delicious food, all dishes plentiful and top. Nice wait staff and friendly boss. Good value for money. Cozy atmosphere and large parking available. In fine weather you can sit very well outdoors and enjoy the view of the Neckar valley. For cyclists ideal for stopping. Reservation - mainly on Sundays - is recommended. We like to come back here.
